At Savor Serve, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your pickleball paddle, we’ve made the return process simple.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Returns are accepted for any reason, including if you are not satisfied with your purchase, if the product is defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Products with manufacturing defects or damage may be returned even if used, **in accordance with our [Warranty Policy].**
How to Initiate a Return

Email support@savorservepaddle.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

We will issue a return authorization (RMA) and instructions for sending back your item. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

**Savor Serve is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.**
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method **within 5-7 business days** after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you once your return is approved.

Original shipping fees (if any) for Expedited/Express services are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs

For non‑defective returns (e.g., didn’t like or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
