Refund & Return Policy

At Savor Serve, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your pickleball paddle, we’ve made the return process simple.

Conditions for Returns

  • We want you to play with confidence. You have 30 days from the delivery date to test the paddle on the court.

  • If you don't love it, you can return it for a refund. We accept returns for used paddles, provided they show only normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scuffs on the edge guard or grip).

  • Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of abuse, negligence, or intentional damage (e.g., cracks from hitting the ground or other objects).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@savorservepaddle.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

  • We will issue a return authorization (RMA) and instructions for sending back your item. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

  • **Savor Serve is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.**

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method **within 5-7 business days** after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you once your return is approved.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) for Expedited/Express services are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

Return Shipping Costs

  • For non‑defective returns (e.g., didn’t like or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
