Warranty Policy

At Savor Serve, we stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles. We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

What is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., handle detachment, structural cracks, delamination).

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Savor Serve or authorized retailers.
     

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g., scratches, fading, edge guard scuffs).

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
     

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us at support@savorservepaddle.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  2. Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies under warranty.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective paddle. **The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.**

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned paddle, we will proceed with the replacement or refund.

Limitation

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
