Shipping locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO are not available at this time.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@savorservepaddle.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will respond to your email within 1–3 business days and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
